If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your online purchase, we offer a 14 day exchange guarantee for all online orders (not including postage).
All goods need to be returned in original condition, including swing tags. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product. Please post your product to:

Please also include a 3kg or 5kg pre-paid satchel for your new chosen item to be sent out to you.
If you wish to return an item that you purchased in a shop, please return it directly to the shop where you made your purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a full refund. If we still have the item in stock, you can choose a replacement or another item to the same value instead. We offer a full refund for faulty items, as per consumer law.
If your order arrives and something is missing please let us know and we will fix it up straight away.
b.sirius offers a 6 month warranty on all items.
This refers to manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear or neglect. If you purchase directly from us online we can just look up your details in our system but if you order from one of our retailers be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
